Returns & Exchanges will ONLY be accepted if your order is lost in transit or you have received the incorrect product. In case your order is damaged in transit or you have received the wrong product you may return them in exactly the way in which they were received (unused without creasing) with original packaging. No returns or exchange for used products.

IN CASE OF DAMAGED/INCORRECT PRODUCT (SHOULD BE NOTIFIED WITHIN 24 HOURS OF DELIVERY)

  • Please contact us on 8511885343 via WhatsApp or Please email us at support@thebooktherapy.com with a photograph of the product and the package.
  • Once we approve the return, we will let you know the most convenient method for sending the shipment back.
  • We will issue a refund to the credit/debit card/ your bank account. Refunds will only be made after we have received and approved the shipment.

NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN IN THE FOLLOWING CASES:

  • Incorrect or outdated delivery address.
  • Incorrect address format including any form of a PO Box address.
  • After 3 failed delivery attempts by our respective courier agent.
  • Package refused by recipient.
  • Sizing issues. Thus, please review our size guides carefully before making your purchase.
  • Products returned in a used or damaged condition.
  • Minor colour, edition, and design variation.
  • No refunds in case of international orders in case of damage or incorrect product, exchange product will be sent as per the set time frame (as discussed with customer). Exchange will be done only after we receive the faulty product.
  • No Refunds/Exchange for products purchased during any offer for ex: festive Sale, diwali sale, new year sale etc.
