We at The Book Therapy strive to offer you an unparalleled reading experience. If, for any reason, you aren’t satisfied with your Solo Lit Box, our return policy is designed to be fair to both our valued readers and our business.
Return Window: Returns must be initiated within 7 days of receiving the product.
Condition of Product: The returned Solo Lit Box should be in its original, preferably unopened condition. If the problem that you faced is with the content, then, an opened box will be accepted. The box should not be damaged or tampered with.
All contents, including the book, supplementary worksheets, activity sheets, and thematic goodies, should be intact and in their original condition.
Any damage or signs of use may result in a partial refund or denial of the return.
If the problem is with the condition of the content elements inside the box, then the customer support team will help you with further actions.
First Return Perk: As a gesture of goodwill, we cover the full return shipping cost for your first return, ensuring a risk-free initial purchase.
Return Shipping Cost Partial Coverage: We understand shipping can be expensive. After the first return, for all furture returns, we offer to cover 50% of the return shipping fee.

Refunds:Once the returned box is received and inspected, an email notification will be sent regarding the approval or rejection of the refund.
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned item(s). If approved, the refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
Exchanges: We only replace Solo Lit Boxes if they are defective or damaged upon delivery. If you wish to exchange for the same title due to a defect or damage, please contact our customer service with photographic evidence of the damage.
